Retreats
From time to time it is very beneficial to slow down and engage in retreat to mix our mind with Buddha’s teachings. At KMC CA we can practice retreat states of mind and learn to reduce our distractions. With the support and encouragement of spiritual friends, we are able to engage in physical, verbal and mental retreat and to draw closer to our Spiritual Guide. This is a special opportunity to gain deep experience of the practices that are the very essence of Kadampa Buddhism.
