When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as the problem. In reality whatever problems we experience come from our mind. This course will offer a deep insight into the nature, functions and different types of mind. Using Buddhist understanding of human psychology, guidance will be given on how to develop and maintain a light, positive mind and to abandon harmful states of mind, which will transform our life for the better.
