Sometimes it feels that we have no direction in our lives; everything seems so heavy and complicated – not the life we imagined. Buddha teaches however, that our life has almost limitless potential.
By learning to appreciate the special opportunity we have, we will find the inspired life we long for – a life that makes a difference to others and to the world. Through calming our restless discontented mind and training in constructive and flexible attitudes, we can live a light-hearted and inspired life no matter what arises.
