Through the power of love we are empowered to live a happy and meaningful life.
The mind of authentic love naturally moves us away from our painful and excessive self-involvement towards an open and wonderful connection with others and with our world.
In this series we will explore a special sequence of meditations that will help us to heal our relationships both with ourselves and with others.
