The Teachers
Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong is the National Spiritual Director of the NKT-IKBU in the US as well as the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center California. She has been a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years and will grant the empowerment and give commentary during the Celebration.
Tessa Logan is the Resident Teacher of Saraha Buddhist Center, San Francisco, and has studied under Geshe-la’s guidance for many years. Tessa will guide the meditations during the Celebration.
Gen Kelsang Atisha, is the Resident Teacher of Vajrarupini Center in San Diego, will give the introductory teaching on Friday evening.
